Prior to joining our team, Maria honed her skills during seven years at Homeowners Financial Group and three years at First Equity Mortgage. It was our commitment to tailored programs and exceptional client experiences that drew her to Embrace. In particular, our offerings in FHA, Conventional, and VA loans, including Down Payment Assistance (DPA) programs tailored to first-time homebuyers, were standouts.

Maria’s dedication to excellence is evident in her team’s outstanding performance, maintaining their position as top producers for six consecutive years. In 2023 alone, Maria and her team successfully closed transactions totaling $106,553,915, helping 313 families achieve their homeownership goals.

A graduate of the University of South Florida’s Muma College of Business with a focus on marketing and sales, Maria is passionate about serving her community in Tampa, where she currently resides.

Originally from Colombia, Maria enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, Fabio, two rescue cats, and a dog. Her hobbies include snowboarding, roller skating, riding horses, and kayaking. Her perfect day involves quality time with family and friends, enjoying the great outdoors, and sipping on iced coffee.
