Patrick did a fantastic job as always! This particular transaction was challenging in that it was a property that should be fee simple however the residents formed their own little condominium association without the appropriate amount or type of insurance. Patrick was able to navigate through through the difficulties and provide the financing that most companies would not have been able to do! Patrick is the best of the best!!

Sondra helped us get the house. The rate was competitive but the extras are what makes Sondra great. A two week close with the appraisal and financing contingencies waived is almost necessary in the market we were buying in.
