Andres Torres joins the Embrace team as a Business Development Associate, bringing with him nearly 15 years of comprehensive experience in the mortgage industry. He has navigated roles from processing and underwriting to closing. Previously with Homeowners Financial Group, Andres is driven by the desire for a new challenge and a belief that Embrace is better aligned with his clients’ needs by offering innovative programs and fostering a positive work environment.

In his role, Andres takes pride in being responsible for handling loan applications and ensuring a seamless and efficient loan process. He’s particularly excited about Embrace’s cutting-edge products, such as our Approved to Close Backup Cash Guarantee, lender-paid buydown, and in-house non-QM programs. Andres believes these mortgage solutions will not only enhance the lending experience, but also provide valuable tools for his REALTOR® partners to compete successfully in a dynamic market.

Originally from Ecuador, Andres earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in finance and management from the Catholic University of Guayaquil. Having called Tampa Bay home for the past 20 years, Andres has become an integral part of the community. He finds joy in his close-knit family, consisting of two sisters and three brothers, all residing in Tampa Bay. Additionally, his household includes three rescued female dogs who bring them warmth and companionship.

In his free time, Andres pursue his passions: primarily soccer, music, and video games. For him, the perfect day involves a serene afternoon on the beach with his wife. He’s ready to embark on new challenges and contribute to the success of both his clients and Embrace.
