Lou works hard originating the loans and going out and building relationships with Realtors to help accommodate the client. Lou states, “Embrace has all the tools and support I need in order to get your buyers to the closing table smoothly and quickly. We have all the programs available for your potential buyers. Conventional, FHA, VA, DSHA BOND, and many other great programs.” He also prepares, analyzes and verifies the mortgage loan applications, and is responsible for timely, accurate and complete loan file submissions. He loves his job so much that he prides himself on being available for the client when he is on vacation.

Lou holds the Top Originator award for 2012 and President’s Club Award for Embrace for the last three years. Lou graduated from the University of Delaware before starting with the mortgage industry. He is passionate about being an active member of the neighborhood Homeowners Association for over twelve tears. He was born and raised in Hockessin, Delaware and currently resides with his wife of eighteen years and three children, ages 12, 14 and 15. Life for Lou outside of Embrace is very active, he enjoys soccer, biking, tennis, and landscaping.
